Karen Heileson

Karen lives on the Big Island of Hawaii and is the mother of 4 beautiful children. She has been married to her sweetheart for 16 years. She graduated from BYU-Hawaii with a Bachelors in Biology Education. After graduation, Karen and her husband traveled the world, where she developed a passion for seeing and experiencing different cultures and all they had to offer. After traveling, Karen taught a number of sciences at Kahuku High and Intermediate School on the North Shore of Oahu. Human anatomy and physiology was her favorite class to teach as she has a deep respect and passion for the human body and its immense capacity. While teaching at Kahuku, she coached cross country and was able to share her love of health and fitness with her students and athletes. Karen became certified as a Foot Zone Practitioner through Wellness Life Zone, Foot Zone Academy in 2017 and has loved every minute of her practice. She enjoys teaching her clients how they can improve their health through the Foot Zone. She is also an essential oil enthusiast and loves to teach anyone willing to listen and learn about the usefulness of oils in daily life. Her passion for teaching extends to all aspects of her knowledge. She feels that knowledge and truth gained should be shared with everyone so that together, we can make this life better. It is for this reason Karen now owns and operates a Foot Zone Training Program that is approved by WLZ to use their course materials and online student resources, where she can continue to share her knowledge and truth of the Foot Zone with those who are looking to serve themselves and those around them.
